Imola Rubina Malek
Work Experience:
Imola is a master economist, graduated from the Corvinus University in Budapest, she works as a financial consultant and in 2023 had the opportunity to work as a fundraiser for Amnesty International Hungary. She is also currently a member of the Feminist Collective of Romani Gender Experts, where she is responsible for fundraising and communication.
As a member and activist of Amrita OBK, she participates in various projects within the framework of the association, where the goal is to increase the role of Roma women in public life, protect their rights, and further their education. Imola is a Roma feminist activist in Hungary, who believes that we should not discriminate people because of their ethnic, religious or sexual affiliation, and based on this idea, she makes her voice heard every day in her country!
